Shipping

The purchase of a tandem flight ticket by invoice. We will send you a voucher/flight ticket together with the invoice upon receipt of your order. The invoice amount must be paid within 8 days. Only then will the ticket be valid and can be redeemed by the recipient.

Convenient payment by Visa or Mastercard.

You have 30 days from the invoice date to pay your invoice. You will receive all information regarding payment of the invoice by e-mail directly from Klarna.

Are you a PayPal customer? Then you can conveniently use this payment method. Before you finalize your order at www.tandemfliegenchiemgau.de, PayPal will ask you to make the payment in a separate window. Once this process is complete, please complete the actual order process with us. As soon as PayPal notifies us that payment has been received, we will send you your voucher/flight ticket immediately. By the way: Pay as a guest without a PayPal account! You do not have to be a registered PayPal customer to use this payment method. Simply log in to PayPal during the payment process.

The goods will be dispatched after receipt of payment (1-3 working days depending on the bank). We will provide you with our bank details in the confirmation email. Duration of your Chiemgau paragliding flight experience

That depends a bit on your favorite flight. But you should definitely allow 1.5 to 2 hours. If there are delays – due to weather conditions, for example – we will call you in good time!

Important: If there are longer waiting times at the valley stations, our tandem pilots may skip the queue. However, this does not apply to your companions. Just so that you can plan properly.

Our meeting point at the top of the mountain stations:

Fancy hiking up the mountain by yourself? Or would you like to reach the summit earlier by cable car? No problem, we always meet at the mountain station of the flying mountain. It would be nice if you could let us know in advance so that we can plan well.
