How exactly does our group tandem flight work?
The process of our group tandem flight is as follows:
We all ride together in the gondola to the starting point, where a pilot gives you individual instructions. Together in the group we are ready to start so that all participants are at the start at the same time and take off in quick succession. In order to offer a harmonious and smooth process for groups, we fly to our preferred flight area in Tyrol, Kaiserwinkl Kössen, Unterberghorn am Walchsee near Reit im Winkl.
Looking for extra action or memories to hold on to?
While the first group receives the tandem flight instruction and is then ready to take off. The other participants can either watch the flights or enjoy the breathtaking Alpine mountain landscape of Chiemgau for about 1.5 hours on a nearby mountain pasture. How does your Group tandem Flight work exactly?
Our group tandem flight offers a unique experience for groups of 4 to 8 people. Here is the procedure: 1. joint ascent: All participants take the Hochkössen mountain railway to the launch site together. 2. briefing and preparation: Each passenger receives a briefing from their personal pilot. With a group of four people, one pilot is available for each participant. 3. synchronised take-off: When preparing for take-off, we ensure that all participants are ready at the take-off site at the same time and take off in quick succession. 4. division for larger groups: With 4 to 8 participants, we divide the group into two runs. The first group takes off, while the second group can watch the take-offs or has the opportunity to explore the surroundings. 5. leisure activities while waiting: while the first group flies, the second group can enjoy the Chiemgau mountain panorama, go hiking or visit one of the local mountain huts, such as the Bärenhütte on the Unterberghorn in Kaiserwinkl, the Möslarnalm or Sonnenalm on the Kampenwand. 6. recovery after landing: After landing, the first group can refresh and recharge at the landing site in the Fliegerbar while waiting for the second group to land.
